Sandra Smith holds both the BA and MM degrees from Mercer University, in Organ Performance with emphasis in Church Music. She served several churches in the Savannah, GA area as organist, before moving to Macon and serving as church organist at First Presbyterian Church, Macon, for 15 years. Sandy then accepted the post of Organist/Music Director at All Saints Episcopal Church in Warner Robins, holding this position until becoming the Music Director/Organist here at Northminster Presbyterian in April 2013.
Sandy is a member and former Dean of the Macon chapter of the AGO, as well as a member and past President of the Morning Music Club of Macon. She teaches AP Music Theory and Middle School music at Stratford Academy, and enjoys singing in the Choral Society of Middle GA. She is currently the Acting Principal Keyboardist for the MSO. Sandy and her husband, Judd, have 4 sons.
